Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: [TO BE SET]

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is incorporated into the Terms of Service. It applies to every user of ABMediaX Poster (the "Service") and to every piece of content submitted to, generated by, or published through the Service.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, generate, transmit, store, or publish through the Service:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises minors, in any form, real or synthetic;
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"), including AI-generated depictions of real people in intimate contexts without their written consent;
  • Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, mass harm, or violent extremism;
  • Content depicting or promoting illegal drug sales, human trafficking, or weapons trafficking;
  • Malware, phishing, or credential-stealing content and links;
  • Content that violates any applicable law in the jurisdictions where it will be published.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Impersonate a real person — including generating a deepfake voice or face of a real person — without that person's prior written consent (see §5);
  • Engage in election interference, including undisclosed synthetic political ads or content designed to suppress or deceive voters;
  • Commit or facilitate fraud, including fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or misleading endorsements;
  • Harass, threaten, or dox any individual;
  • Send spam or engage in artificial engagement manipulation (fake likes, view-farming, follow/unfollow bots, coordinated inauthentic behaviour);
  • Promote MLMs, pyramid schemes, or unregistered securities;
  • Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any technical safeguard, rate limit, or watermark applied by the Service.

3. Prohibited Posting Patterns

You must publish content at velocities and volumes that comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of each target platform. Specifically:

  • Do not exceed a target platform's documented posting or API rate limits;
  • Do not schedule identical or near-identical content across the same account at a cadence intended to game the recommendation algorithm;
  • Do not use engagement bait (giveaways that require artificial actions, misleading "follow-to-win" loops beyond what the platform explicitly allows);
  • Do not use the Service to operate accounts that have been suspended or banned by a target platform.

4. Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained all necessary licenses to use, every piece of input you submit — including source videos, uploaded images, reference images, audio, voiceover scripts, prompts, and cloned voices. When you ingest content from a URL (for example, a YouTube or TikTok link), you represent that either (a) you own that content, (b) you have a license from the rightsholder, or (c) your intended use qualifies as fair use, fair dealing, or an equivalent exception under applicable law.

See our DMCA / Copyright Policy for notice-and-takedown procedures.

5. AI Disclosure and Labeling

Every major target platform now requires that synthetic or materially altered media be labeled as AI-generated. You agree to comply with these platform rules. To help you comply, ABMediaX Poster automatically sets the "AI-generated content" flag on published posts whose source media was created by the Service:

  • TikTok: disclose_ai_generated_content is set on Direct Post API calls;
  • Meta / Instagram: the ai_labeled flag is set on media creation, corresponding to Meta's "Made with AI" disclosure;
  • YouTube: the "Altered content" / aiGeneratedContent disclosure is set on videos.insert.

See our AI Content Policy for full details.

6. Real-Person Likeness

You may not generate content that depicts a real named person — face, voice, or identifiable likeness — without their prior written consent, logged in your workspace via the consent form at /dashboard/consent. The narrow exception is content that is obvious satire, parody, or commentary in the public interest, which is nonetheless subject to the target platform's own rules and to applicable defamation and right-of-publicity law.

Consent records are retained for 5 years after the last related post, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Enforcement

We enforce this AUP through a graduated response:

  1. Warning — for minor or first-time violations.
  2. Temporary suspension — for repeated or more serious violations.
  3. Permanent ban — for egregious or repeated violations, with no refund of any prepaid fees.

We will act immediately, without notice, and with permanent account termination for CSAM, credible threats of imminent violence, or content that we reasonably believe puts any person at risk of serious harm. CSAM discovered on the Service will be reported to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

8. Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is using the Service in violation of this AUP, please contact abuse@abmediax.com. Include as much detail as possible: the URLs of any published posts, the offending username or workspace name (if known), a description of the violation, and your contact information.

9. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated AUP constitutes acceptance.
