FAQ
What happens when I hit a plan limit?
We block the specific action that would push you over the cap (posting, generating a video, or generating captions) and return an HTTP 402 with an upgrade prompt. Nothing else on your account is affected — your existing content, scheduled posts, and connected accounts keep working. Counters reset on the first of every month (UTC).
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your billing page and Stripe prorates automatically. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you paid for.
Can I bring my own API keys?
Yes. Set your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Runway, ElevenLabs, or Pexels keys in your workspace env and we route generation through those instead of ours. This is the model Blotato refuses to offer — and it's how we can charge less.
Do you offer refunds?
Cancel anytime and you'll never be billed again. We don't refund partial months by default, but if something broke on our end, email support and we'll make it right.
